About the Event
Start the month off with your fellow Gators for a 1 hour all levels yoga flow led by Cariann Moore (UF 2000).
Cariann is a trauma informed 500RYT who specializes in teaching safety-aligned and accessible yoga for all bodies in a playful and approachable manner. Ability to touch your toes is not required! Learn to feel what works in your body and find joy in the movement.
The class is held outdoors (socially distanced) in the courtyard between Quarterdeck & Whiskey Neat. You must bring your own mat.
Quarterdeck Restaurant opens at 11 am - so think about sticking around for some socializing and brunch!
